Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure the Package
Place the jewelry in its original display box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with your original receipt and authorization form.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
